Our cPanel licenses are valid only on Hivelocity servers.

I have servers at Hivelocity and I will buy licenses from you for some of these machines, but I will also need licenses for servers that are out there, I can hire cpanel for these external machines with you, or expired licenses will only be valid for machine and IPs within Hivelocity itself?

We will only offer cPanel licenses for servers that are within our data centers.  If you have servers with other providers you will need to pay their likely much higher fee for cPanel.  Alternatively,  we will gladly help you migrate those servers to us.

Your prices are high compared to OVH, Reliablesite, Limestone, etc.

If you improve the price of dedicated ones or do some promotion, you should get plenty of new customers.

I already worked with you in 2014 and just stopped using it because of the price.

First, I would say I don't think we are much, if any more expensive than those providers.  Second, I will say I know we are better than any of these providers when it comes to service and support.  So if we are a bit more expensive I am ok with that.  If you have cPanel I am pretty sure whatever cost delta there may be on the servers, it will be closed by our considerable discount on cPanel licenses.   Either way, we are not trying to be the cheapest provider out there, our goal has always been to the best provider.  If you want cheap then there are certainly alternatives to Hivelocity.

Provavelmente o contratado deles com a cPanel é anual ou semestral, por isso não serão afetados logo no dia primeiro de setembro.

O fórum é em PT tu deveria postar em PT,  Eu entendi tudo que você falou mas não vou me dar o trabalho de responder traduzido pra você. pois da mesma forma que tu teve que traduzir minha pergunta para você poder responder,  poderia ter  postado a resposta também traduzida. Não compensa migrar para seu data center só por causa da licença.
