alguem ai pode me ajudar acredito eu que fiz tudo certinho o unico erro qe deu foi esse no phpmyadmin

sera que isso tem alguma coisa haver, pois qando tento acessar no navegador a pasta

install/index.php pra instalar fica a pagina toda branca no firefox e no google chrome da erro 500 S:
