You should really open a support ticket allowing our network engineers the opportunity to look into it.  You took the time to post here, you should take the time to inform the people that actually have access to the routing gear and network.

    Thank you.  I will follow up with our Networking Team on this and see if there are any options for us to improve things.  They will likely reply asking you for some information so they can reproduce your results, so keep an eye out for that.
