Cache de 24h é foda. Eu acho interessante mudar as entradas A e pôr um TTL mais baixo, como 4 ou 8 horas. Para os nameservers ns1 e ns2, eu configuro para expirarem em 1 hora. É possível mudar o template das zonas DNS no cPanel, de modo que novas contas já contém as modificações.

Não há bem nem mal que dure para sempre. Um dia tudo acaba.

pra deixar registrado, por ticket que abri no cpanel provei para eles que estava com bug e acabo de receber isso

ao restaurar qualquer backup ele nao reescria a conta  no httpd.conf entao deveria reescrever manualmente, reiniciar o apache, limpar do cache do servidor , limpar o cache no meu navegador
