We are pleased to announce all our facilities have remained fully operational throughout the storm and afterwards.

DataCenter Update:

PNJ1(Piscataway) is currently running on Generator power until commercial utility is restored and stable. We currently have over 107 hours of fuel on site, with additional deliveries scheduled to maintain uninterrupted power. Our diverse fiber network has sustained no damage at this point. The network is operating at 100% capacity and redundancy is in place should a fiber be cut during restorations within the NY Metro Area.

EWR3(Newark) is currently running on commercial utility power. Fuel is on site in the event of another commercial power disruption for approximately 14 hours, with additional fuel arranged in the event of an extended outage. All network services within EWR3 are running at 100% and redundancy is in place should an outage occur.

NYC2(New York City) is currently running on Generator power until commercial utility is restored and stable. We currently have over 48 hours of fuel on site, with additional deliveries scheduled to maintain uninterrupted power.

Main Office HQ Update:

Our Main office is without power until approximately Monday, November 5th 2012. Support Staff is operating out of PNJ1 to provide our customers with uninterrupted managed services. Our sales staff is operating at a minimal capacity and will return to normal on Monday.
