Não tem como verificar apenas com uma print do gerenciador de processos do WHM. Veja em "Daily Process Log" se algum site esta consumindo muita CPU. Neste caso te sugiro o CLOUDLINUX.

Utilize suphp + suexec, remova o nginx temporariamente e veja no top -c qual usuário está te dando trabalho.

Então.. Basta /scripts/suspendacct usuario :)
