Site não abre, erro 502 e 504

Dentro de um servidor com 100 sites, um deles fica carregando eternamente até parar e apresentar erro 502 Bad Gateway.

Em alguns momentos ocasiona um erro Timeout 504

Uso Apache com Nginx e PHP FPM

Este é o log que tenho quando dá erro:
