Como desabilitar allow_url_include só em um site

Pessoal tem um site de um cliente relativamente antigo que utiliza só includes e estou migrando ele para um novo servidor e por questões de segurança quero configurar só para que esse site by allow_url_include=0 como posso fazer isso?


Sendo que já tentei criar um php.ini e jogar na raiz e não funcionou, o que eu fiz de errado?

Pode tentar também via .htacess

allow_url_include = Off

Olha Galera como está o meu .htaccess

RewriteOptions inherit

RewriteEngine on
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^.*$
RewriteRule ^/?$ "http\:\/\/www\.soconcessionariasms\.com\.br\/site" [R=301,L]

allow_url_include = 1

E o Resultado.
