Sim, é possível. Faça o seguinte: coloque o IP 127.0.0.1 em 'Basic cPanel & WHM Config' no campo 'Shared IP'.

 

Após isso, adicione o IP 127.0.0.1 em 'IP Functions -> Add a new IP Address' e mude a conta para o IP 127.0.0.1 utilizando 'IP Functions -> Change a Site’s IP Address'. Após isso, finalmente mude a conta de volta para o IP que você quer utilizando a mesma ferramenta, e deixe o IP 127.0.0.1 ali sem uso.

Infelizmente, não é possível adicionar o IP 127.0.0.1. O cpanel não aceita.

Agradeço a ajuda Rodrigo, muito obrigado.

 

Vou continuar tentando resolver isso aqui.

 

Pode adicionar qualquer coisa, é só pra poder efetuar a troca e deixar o IP como dedicado. Adicione um IP inexistente e estará ok.

Sei que já foi solucionado, mas eu não havia visto esse tópico antes.

 

Há uma outra maneira também.

 

É só editar o arquivo /usr/local/apache/htdocs/index.html

 

E troca o conteúdo por:

<html><head><META HTTP-EQUIV="refresh" CONTENT="0;URL=http://SEU DOMINIO.COM"></head><body></body></html>
