Alguém utiliza o chat da comm100?

 

Eu utilizo e "descobri" um novo recurso, alterar a janela de chat ( padrão antigo era uma janelinha poup-up ) e o novo padrão é um janela embutida ( bem simpática ).

 

A alteração é simples e rápida.

 

1) Acesse o painel administrativo ( https://hosted.comm100.com/AdminManage ) efetue login;

2) Visite o menu "Customization" e clique no sub-menu "Chat window".

3) No topo do site "Code Plan" selecione seu plano;

4) Na opção "Change Window Type / Popup Chat Window" clique em "Switch"

5) Clique em "Embedded Chat Window" e clique em "Ok"

6) No final da página salve as alterações no botão "Save Changes"
