    Dá uma olhadinha nos logs dentro do WHMCS.
    Porque se a cron está corretamente configurada ele deveria reativar o serviço.

    Você já checou se as configurações da integração do Servidor x WHMCS estão feitas?

    Na ultima atualização aconteceu algo parecido... Ele não reativava os serviços automaticamente, também não encerrava contas de forma automática.

     

    Voltei a atualização anterior e voltou ao normal.
