Um jeito simples de configurar o Cloudflare é replicar as entradas que estão no seu cpanel.

Vá no cpanel, zone editor, e copie cada entrada pro cloudflare.

Se estiver usando Cloudflare faz conforme a @AngelCosta falou. Lemvbrando que a estrada mail não deve ficar atrás do proxy.
