Se for conteúdo pirata tanto faz com uma denuncia eles ja baixam seu servidor.

Ja tive experiencias com essa rede por alguns clientes

OVH no Canadá é melhor. Eu recomendaria, além do dedicado, usar servidores proxy (pode ser VPS) dentro da própria OVH para seus clientes acessarem seu dedicado através deles (nem me pergunte como fazer isso). Com isso, em caso de denúncia, eles derrubariam estes proxies e deixariam o dedicado online. Pelo menos na teoria.
