Ola pessoal, estou sofrendo alguns problemas para configurar meu WHMCS.

O problema é o seguinte eu solicitei uma redefinição de senha de um cliente criado por mim, o e-mail automatico que me encaminha é com o seguinte link

www.meusite.com.br/whmcs/clientarea.php/pwreset.php?key=451900cf8d8846e6bda3581b27ec3863

correto seria: www.meusite.com.br/whmcs/pwreset.php?key=451900cf8d8846e6bda3581b27ec3863

Sem o /clientarea.php como faço para retirar ele, quando alguem solicita para redefinir senha. Obrigado!

    Tem algo de errado em seu email, este link ai não está certo, o whmcs tem parâmetros de url troque o parâmetro da url de reset.

    Basta editar o email template "Password Reset Validation"

    Caso deseje preservar o anonimato do link não copie e cole ( editei seu post pois entendi que esse era o objetivo ).

    Olá Edvan, você teria um e-mail de redefinição de senha em portugues? Pois ele da a seguinte tag "{$pw_reset_url}"

    Então certamente a URL cadastrada no WHMCS está errada, siga o exemplo http://prntscr.com/dahbkj
