Sim, eu já vi. Uma adaptação de um script de SMS para WHCMS porém o preço era meio caro se usar Gateway em relação ao SMS que é mais universal.

Isso porque o Whatsapp tá banindo geral que manda mensagem em massa especialmente se o numero de destino não tiver o numero de quem manda na agenda e por isso é meio caro usar ultimamente.
