estou tendo alguns problemas com clientes que usam antivirus ESET, eles tentam acessar sites no meu servidor e o mesmo faz bloqueio, vejam na imagem abaixo.

 

Por favor alguém pode me ajudar como solucionar isso?

    isso acontece em alguns outros antivírus caso seu site seja hospedado usando cpanel , terá de liberar as portas do cpanel no firewall do computador  e adicionar os ips do servidor do antivírus na lista de permissão do firewall do servidor. 

    Já tive esse problema com o kaspersky porem abri um ticket e fizeram a correção .

    Se a empresa que fornece o antivírus tiver o suporte ativo eles resolvem em poucos minutos.
