Já solucionei seu problema. Não sei por que motivo você bloqueou / bloquearam o IP do servidor de licenças no firewall...

O plugin está dando este erro:

PHP script /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/easycpbackup/backup.php is protected by phpSHIELD and requires the phpSHIELD loaderixed.5.2.lin. The phpSHIELD loader has not been installed, or is not installed correctly. Please find the required loader within phpSHIELD installation directory or visit the phpSHIELD php encoder site to download it.
