Bom galera, não sei se é o local certo para postar e se é realmente necessário postar, mais se alguém como eu tiver esse problema, tem uma maneira de resolver.

Vamos lá...

Estava recebendo a mensagem Lfd: Suspicious process running under user XXXX como o endereço do cron do WHMCS para o pipe.

Command Line (often faked in exploits):

php -q /********/pipe/pop.php

descobrir que basta adicionar a linha abaixo no csf.pignore:

cmd:php -q /********/pipe/pop.php[/CODE]

Aqui resolveu.
