Mudei novamente para FCGI e o site voltou a ficar online, só a questão de fazer upload de algo maior que 80 KB não foi solucionada não é só com este site em WordPress mais em todos os sistemas que usam PHP.

Altere o arquivo php.conf e abaixo de

LoadModule fcgid_module modules/mod_fcgid.so

adicione a linha:

MaxRequestLen 524288

O problema foi resolvido! Graças a ajuda do meu amigo Marcelo, da OnzeHost. A solução foi adicionar o código da postagem #20 deste tópico no arquivo php.conf.
