Se ao tentar enviar um e-mail através do webmail Roundcube, instalado em seu servidor cPanel, a mensagem nunca é enviada, uma das possíveis causas poderá exigir que o comando abaixo seja executado:

#/usr/local/cpanel/scripts/autorepair net_smtp_fix

Após o webmail roundbube não mais demorará para enviar um e-mail, realizando o procedimento com a velocidade normal.
