csf bloqueando cliente diversas vezes

Pessoal, meu CSF está bloqueando o mesmo cliente diversas vezes e quando vejo o log o motivo sempre é o mesmo:

csf.deny: 177.42.192.35 # lfd: (PERMBLOCK) 177.42.192.35 has had more than 4 temp blocks in the last 86400 secs - Tue Jul 12 15:59:15 2011

Não consigo entender o que siginifica este bloqueio e como devo proceder. Alguém pode me ajudar?

Este é o log do bloqueio permanente, mas e o log dos bloqueios temporários, ex. o bloqueio esta ocorrendo porque, qual motivo, erro de user ou senha no cpanel, ftp, ssh, muitas conexões?
