Instalar memcache no servidor

Boa tarde,

Acabei de instalar o cpanel em um vps para o cliente usar 3 sites e configurei o easy apache com php 5.6, 7.0 , 7.1 e 7.2. Estou tentado instalar o memcahe mas só é instalado na versão 5.6.

Alguém saberia como fazer para instalar na 7.x? ou nao tem como?

Nos comentarios documentação ja diz que não é compatível com php 7 ou superior .

Note that the Memcache 3.0.8 module DOES NOT WORK WITH PHP 7 (or higher)

There is an open bug about this - see https://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=72887 and over 1 year old at time of writing - however, it appears that development of this module has been abandoned and the MemcacheD module is now the only way to access Memcache through PHP.

If you are writing a NEW tool, and you want to use Memcache, use the MemcacheD library.  If you are trying to repair an old tool, you'll either have to stick with PHP 5.6, or, spend the time reworking your code to use MemcacheD.

Obrigado pela resposta e desculpe a minha demora em responder, andei ausente por problemas de saúde e acabei não tendo tempo para ver isso.

Enfim, essa semana recontratrei os serviços do @RevendaHost para fazer uma revisão geral no meu servidor e pedi de brinde kkkk para ele ver se tinha jeito de instalar o memcache e ele instalau pra mim na mesma hora, não sei o que foi feito, mas tá funcionando.
