Estou com problemas na minha Base de conhecimento no meu WHMCS, o que acontece e que eu crio normalmente a base de conhecimento dai quando alguem tenta acessar pelo link ( https://central.turbocloud.com.br/index.php?rp=/knowledgebase ), ele nao aparece nada! alguem pode me ajudar?

Acesse Setup/Configurações >> General Settings/Configurações Gerais, na aba General/Geral verifique a opção Friendly URLs/URLs amigáveis e clique no botão de atualizar http://prntscr.com/kq4s22

Verifique se o problema persiste.

Caso persista clique em Advanced Settings/Configurações avançadas e verifique se as configurações estão como dá imagem http://prntscr.com/kq4skx
