Foi descoberta uma vulnerabilidade no sistema de atendimento online Crafty Syntax Live Help que pode ser usado por pessoas mal intencionadas para conduzir ataques aos sites. O problema foi confirmado para a versão 3.1.2 e também pode estar presente em versões anteriores.

 

A empresa resolveu o problema na versão atual 3.1.4. Para corrigir o problema, basta acessar o site do sistema e baixar o patch para a sua versão.
