(ajuda) script em PHP (gerenciar backup) não conecta no bando de dados!

Bom dia galera do pdh é estou com um problema muito persistente que é o seguinte! eu tenho um Script em PHP de (Gerenciar Backup) e ele não está conectando no Banco

de Dados Mysql de geito nenhum!

PRINT do GERENCIAR BACKUP ABAIXO...

Está cheio de erro, desde de consulta do MySQL ao timezone. Recomendo contratar um freelancer e pedir para revisar todo o script.

Pelo que entendi no error_log, trata-se do swift panel.
