Alguém saberia informar como devo fazer para exportar lista de email de clientes inativos/cancelados no WHMCS?

Acesse Menu >> Reports >> More... ou https://seuwhmcs.com/admin/reports.php

Procure por Exports >> Clients http://prntscr.com/f89j39

Marque os campos que deseja, escolha a condicional ( status ) e coloque o parâmetro Active ou Inactive http://prntscr.com/f89jgd
