Para apontar meu dominio eu precisava de dois, posso usar o cloudflare ou existe outra solução?

Se quiser usar serviços da AWS use o Route 53 como DNS... mas colocar 2 IPs na mesma máquina só para fazer falcatrua no teste de DNS é dar tiro no pé.
