Opa tudo bom ?
Seguinte tenho um dedicado de um cliente ele já tem Mysql,Apache etc etc intalado.

Ele quer instalar agora O Whm/Cpanel por cima disso tudo > (mysql, apache, varnish), isso é possível ? Ou tem que formatar o Dedicado ?

Claro antes de tentar farei backup de tudo.

Formate ele com o CentOS 6 ou 7 64 bits, rode o comando yum update após terminar de atualizar tudo instala o cPanel.
