Um blog estava tendo muitos acessos, coloquei 1 IP só para ele, vamos ver se resolve.

Colocar 1 IP para o blog não resolve o problema de acessos, é recomendado instalar plugins de cache, utilizar alguma teconologia para servir este cache(nginx), otimizar DB, retirar plugins desnecessários e ver como ele se comporta no servidor.
