Acho que ainda está de forma errada ou pelo menos não muito adequada.

Seu domínio principal é pagehost.link
Seu hostname dedicado.pagehost.link
Os DNSs deveriam ser ns1.pagehost.link e ns2.pagehost.link.

Quanto aos e-mails não estarem chegando, habilite SPF e DKIM nas contas e verifique se o seu dns reverso está configurado. Se não estiver entre em contato com o DC e solicite ou através do painel de controle da sua conta, caso tenha a opção.

Obrigado

1- O hostname você deixa como está (dedicado.pagehost.link). Ajuste apenas os nameservers para ns1.pagehost.link e ns2.pagehost.link.

2- Isso, deixe tanto o DKIM quanto o SPF habilitados por padrão.

Um conselho que te dou é pegar um segundo IP para usar como DNS no NS2, isso porque em alguns caso o seu cliente vai precisar. Por exemplo, se seu cliente registrar um dominio .com.br, o registro br não aceita o mesmo IP para os dois DNS, então o seu cliente vai ser obrigado a usar o DNS slave do registro br ou de algum outro serviço, tipo cloudflare... E dependendo do cliente, principalmente aquele que já teve outros serviços de hospedagem ou que fica migrando a toda hora de hospedagem, ele com certeza vai questionar porque não tem outro IP (isso porque 99.99% dos provedores de hospedagem tem pelo menos 2IPs), as vezes vai até encher o saco querendo outro IP e você acaba perdendo clientes.
