Bom dia, eu gostaria de saber se tem algum module, quando algum cliente contrata algum serviço chegar sms no meu celular.

    Você precisa comprar um Gateway SMS, tem várias empresas, elas vão te fornecer uma API via GET ou POST, geralmente oferecem as 2 formas, ai dai você desenvolve um módulo que integre o envio do FORM para esta API da empresa deles... não existe outra forma que seja "legal" e funcione de forma perfeita.
