Your services hosted at our BHS datacenter - located southwest of Montreal - were affected by the network incident that occurred on 2nd November 2015.

As promised we are offering you compensation in accordance to the SLA of the services that were impacted.

A minha compensação foi de 25% por servidor dedicado (5% por hora Offline) e de 100% por VPS CLOUD.

Os meus deram 50%, verifiquei uns 15min depois que apliquei e não apareceu nenhum desconto ainda.

Estranho que quando eu ativei, gerei a fatura não deu desconto.
Ai logo pensei que viria depois, mas abri um ticket só pra saber mesmo, responderam isso:
