Erro ao confirmar pedido

Bom dia, um pedido foi realizado pelo WHMCS, ao acessar a área adm e tentar confirmar o pedido, o seguinte erro aparece:

Nao existe outro cliente ou qualquer outra conta com este domínio.

 

Já verificou se o domínio já não existe ou se o teste realizado não possui uma palavra reservada como "root, test" no WHM?
