Erro na instalação de scripts altomáticos

Olá Boa Tarde amigos, ao tentar instalar em minha hospedagem própia uma loja virtual com instalação altomatica me deparei com este erro.

 

You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'TYPE=MyISAM DEFAULT CHARSET=utf8 COLLATE utf8_general_ci' at line 13

 

E não instala o sistema da loja virtual, abaixo segue um plint da tela completa, caso alguém possa me ajudar ficarei grato boa tarde!
