Pessoal, olha só esse problema:

 

Algo deleta todo o public_html onde está o meu WordPress, mas não deleta o banco de dados. Alguém já possou por isso?

    Pode ser algum software ant-virus de sua hospedagem identificando seus arquivos como suspeitos e colocando em quarentena, por acaso esses arquivos estão criptografados? se sim quase certo que estão sendo colocados em quarentena.

    Você tá usando algum plugin ou template nulled? As vezes alguma falha de segurança no mesmo permite a remoção dos arquivos.

    Antes ele apagava tudo dentro de /wp-admin
