Dentro do configuration.php insira a linha

$display_errors = true;

Depois posta o erro aqui.

Acesse a pasta /modules/widgets/ e exclua o arquivo system_overview.original.php ou renomeie para system_overview.original  ( deixe sem extensão, assim o WHMCS não irá "processar" o widget ).
