Vejo algumas empresas oferecendo SSL Compartilhado em planos de Revenda. Como funciona isso? E qual o procedimento para oferecer isso a usuários?

mas nesse caso o cliente dele precisaria sempre acessar batatinha.com/~login-do-cliente-dele ou não?

o SSL compartilhado da Locaweb tinha um domínio que você era obrigado a usar se quiser seu site com SSL... mas você não pode acessar o seu domínio normal, tem que ser pelo link igual ao batatinha.com/~login-do-cliente
