Teu php tá compilado com esta opção? --with-pgsql

Dá uma olhada no phpinfo.



Está habilitado sim no phpinfo.

Ele tá com o "DIR=" do lado?



Está somente assim:

--with-pgsql=/usr

Talvez aí esteja o problema.. tem que ser o path que o postgre está compilado.

Defina a senha de root do Pgsql e instale a configuração através do WHM root.
