Erro ao exibir imagem em recibo

Boa tarde pessoal ao imprimir um recibo direto do painel directadmin onde esta hospedado o sistema do cliente recebemos o erro:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access this resource.

1- caminho da img no código ok

2- mod_securit não tem referencia ao acesso ou evento

3- permissão 644 no arquivo ok

Alguem tem uma luz aí.

Como assim "recibo"?

O sistema que emite o recibo está no directadmin, é isso?

Qual a linguagem do sistema?
