Contate seu Data center, realize os testes necessários e repasse a eles. Somente um bom Anti-DDoS vai minimizar esse problema.

Já consegui resolver.
Bloquiei umas range de IP da Holanda que peguei no access-log e pronto, ao menos até o momento não apareceu novos IP/range.
