Sim, se ela usar gmail ou algum email que permita aliases. Por exemplo, o email do Google permite que você tenha um email [email protected] e também o email [email protected] ou [email protected]. Tudo vai para a mesma caixa de entrada.

 

Assim, a mesma pessoa pode ser contato de várias contas no WHMCS sem ter aquele aviso chato de que o email dele já conta no banco de dados.

 

Para ir mais além, o gmail permite que você filtre estes emails, use marcadores para organizar suas mensagens.
