Angel, quando um domínio internacional vence, ele fica disponível imediatamente para registro (sem precisar da chave do domínio) ou tem um tempo?

Se não me engano ele fica "recuperável" por 60 dias, que é quando se paga aquela taxa que é quase 10x o valor dele.
