Faça como o lucast mostra na no sue post.

O que ele enscina é fazer um IF para verificar o status, caso positivo ele mostra senão (else) ele não mostra, simples assim !

essa modificação tem que ser feita no código fonte da página que você mostra o status dos seus atendentes.
