Olá pessoal,

Estou com uma vaga de emprego disponível para operador de suporte nível 1.

Segue os requisitos para candidatos:

  • Área e especialização profissional: Informática, TI, Telecomunicações - TI
  • Escolaridade Mínima: Ensino Médio
  • Português avançado
  • Inglês intermediário 
  • Noção de Informática
  • Desejável conhecimento em: WHMCS, cPanel, Plesk, Virtualização (KVM, VMware, SolusVM)
  • Carga horária: Horário comercial, segunda a sexta-feira, das 09:00 AM às 18:00 PM.

O operador / funcionário deverá atuar em Suporte técnico nível 1, com treinamento de 1 semana para adaptação aos sistemas da empresa.

Será prestado suporte técnico diretamente ao cliente via Help Desk, e E-mail para solucionar problemas e/ou tirar dúvidas.

Salário: A combinar.
