Existe alguma limitação na pasta de cache ( 'tmp' ) do PHP?

Recompilei o php verifiquei a função para entrar em contato fopen agora vou verificar o tmp!

Existe uma outra alternativa: Na pasta raiz do admin WHMCS ( /seuwhmcs/seuadmin/ ) crie uma pasta chamada 'cache' e conceda permissão 777.

Em seguida limpe sua pasta templates_c e veja se persiste o problema.
