Tenho um servidor vps cpanel - centos, e do nada parou de funcionar o FTP, fiz de tudo e não consegui resolver - alguém tem uma dica para resolver?

    Desative o Firewall e tente novamente. Se funcionar, é seu Firewall que está bloqueando...

    Meu Filezilla esta como no tutorial

    Exclui do filezilla e cadastra de novo, prestando atenção na parte Only use Plain FTP (insecure), ela é a essencial para a configuração.

    Pessoal consegui conectar apos vários comandos via ssh, mas quando habilito o CSF  bloqueia o acesso

    @traysistemas o seu CSF deve está padrão, isso é quase que comum, o que recomendo é uma boa regra para o firewall e bola para frente, você sabe onde encontrar essas regras? Se sim, consulte várias, ou uma que esclareça o que recurso A e B exerce sobre a plataforma.
