    Segundo o erro, está dizendo que está faltando o arquivo load.inc.php que deveria estar dentro do diretorio modules, vc já confirmou se o arquivo está dentro do diretório?

    Uma vez que o ioncube está instalado corretamente, não é necessário o cliente configurar nada

     

    Segundo o erro não tem ligação alguma com ioncube, pode ser alguma extensão no php faltando para o script funcionar corretamente ou até mesmo o arquivo pode estar corrompido.

    Ele está requirindo o arquivo load.inc.php que está localizado na página modules. Esse erro ocorre pois o arquivo requerido não foi encontrado.

    Faça upload dos arquivos novamente, caso o erro persista, teste com outro site só por desencargo de consciência

    Entrar em contato com a empresa que você contratou a hospedagem é valido

    @Glariston  eu instalei e ré-instalei pela 5° vez.  não entendo de Plesk tou iniciando agora. ficarei grato se puder me ajudar neste caso.
