Galera procurei e não achei então faço a seguinte pergunta:
Como instalo o Citrix XenServer no meu dedicado?
Tenho um dedicado 64bits, tentei mais pelo vmware e pelo virtual box mais parece que não tem mais o suporte necessário para o xen..

No caso instalar diretamente no dedicado é impossivel pois o dedicado teria que reiniciar e puxar no boot e é impossivel eu configurar remotamente sem mesmo ter a máquina on .

Alguém pode esclarecer essa duvida?/

XenServer é um sistema operacional, então você não vai poder rodar ele dentro do VMWare. A instalação dele só pode ser feita remotamente se você tem acesso IP-KVM/IPMI com suporte a envio e montagem de mídia (CD) no servidor.
