Ola, hoje eu peguei o sistema de suporte Vision HelpDesk, gostaria de saber se alguem aqui utiliza este e se para suporte via ticket ele tem o ididoma pt br. Por favor.

Estou analisando ainda, como o vision fica no servidor da empresa que comercializa o mesmo, fica dificil traduzir o mesmo.

No meu caso eu recebi o sistema via download da empresa mesmo, ja comecei a traduzir mas acho q vou levar mais alguns dias.
