Muitos acham o Xen até mais fácil, mas no fundo é tão simples quanto o VMWare...

Trabalho hoje no datacenter do SENAI e hoje todos os servidores são virtualizados em vmware...

Muito mais fácil a administração e relatórios de tudo.

Pelo visto ninguém aqui fez isso que estou querendo.
